How does online invoicing work?
VaultLedge integrates with Stripe so your clients can pay invoices online via credit card or ACH. Pro includes 50 invoices per month, Business includes 500, and Accountant is unlimited.
What states are supported for payroll?
Business plans support 15 states (CA, TX, FL, NY, PA, IL, OH, GA, NC, MI, NJ, VA, WA, AZ, MA). Accountant plans support all 50 states. Federal payroll works nationwide on all paid plans.
What file formats can I import?
All plans support CSV, PDF, and IIF imports. Business and Accountant plans include QuickBooks Desktop IIF import with automatic mapping. The Accountant plan adds QuickBooks Online and Xero sync.
